A beautiful bow! A little more difficult to build and takedown than the SAS Spirit bows we own. But it feels a bit more sturdy than the Spirit. The kit comes with everything you need except arrows which made it an easy Christmas gift for our son. The case was also well made and fits all the gear easily. The SAS stringer makes stringing the bow easy. I like that the strap is wider than most stringers. I feel like it makes it easier to use.

Beautiful bow !!! Better than expected actually. Great price for all the accessories it comes with too. I got this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and when we first fit the pieces together we noticed a gap, and tried pulling back the string to see how it was affected, we ended up taking it apart and put it back together and I guess bc of pulling on it before the gaps were no longer there the second time around. Also– BEWARE when choosing which hand — order for the hand you will be HOLDING the bow, I was under the impression you order based on your draw back hand. This was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and is the second bow I ordered, because I originally ordered “Right” thinking of his draw back hand, not the hand he’d be holding the bow with. This bow, the second one, I ordered LEFT, bc he will hold the bow with his left and it is perfect ! Wish someone mentioned this when I scoured the reviews =)

Absolutely love what I got in the package and for the price it’s unbeatable in my opinion. Only a little caution. 60 lbs is way heavy and even if I got to full draw I couldn’t hit a bus because of the shaking and effort it took to hold the draw. Thankfully I found a 45lbs set of limbs for the courage on Amazon and paid the stupid tax and now I’ve got myself a beautiful, fairly quiet, and accurate bow even with my crappy newb shooting. The stringer works great but for newbs keep in mind its purpose is to bend the bow safely and evenly so the string can be placed without tension not to slide the string in place. Super happy with this purchase.

After many years of shooting a compound bow exclusively, I have had a lot of fun getting reacquainted with instictive shootimg. A great bow for doing it.

The SAS Courage is comparable to the Samick Sage (which I also own). I did replace the string it came with, not that there was anything wrong with it, I just prefer a Flemish Twist. The bow cam, nice and bare with no accessory attachment points (which is exactly as I wanted it, simple) Once I dialed in my nocks, order some proper cedar and feathered arrows and put a bear hair rest on it, shooting off the shelf with this bow is more than enjoyable. As with any bow, you will want to customize this with some whiskers on the string (I used beaver fur) although, this bow at 55lbs is pretty quiet anyway. It’s a good weight, not too heavy and not too light and is perfect for me at 55lbs (a weight I would not recommend for most if you are not hunting with it). I purchased a Samick Polaris for my wife at 35 lbs and she actually preferred my SAS Courage to the Samick.

Everyone who’s seen the bow has commented on how good it looks… but that’s a nice side note. The bow itself is solid and well built. No creaking and consistent. It’s a bit snappy with a noisy release. Easily correctable with a $4 set of string silencers. I usually shoot one piece but wanted an affordable takedown for throwing in the Jeep on camping trips. I haven’t touched either of my one pice bows since I got this weeks ago! LOVE THIS THING!

Veey good quality, comes with everything you need to string and practice, minus the arrows. Would definitely recommend for beginners, as myself. Excited to get out and practice more.
